Before Purchase please check the size guide to ensure you purchase the correct size.

No refunds will offered on items where the tag and labels have been removed.

Postage and Packaging:

Free postage for customers within the U.K. All items will be sent 1st class recorded delivery, so will require a signature to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery is within 7 days for non-clothing items.

Allow 7 – 10 days delivery for clothing items.

All worldwide destinations outside the U.K as of June 2011 will be a flat rate of £6.50. International deliveries can take up to 14 days.

Returning a item:

You have up to 14 days make up your mind about a item.

Refunds in all instances will be issued in the form of a credit note, this does not effect your statutory right.

Contact us by e-mail we will send you a returns form, when the item has been returned a credit note will be offered. The returned item is the customers responsiblity until we receive the item.

Sale items are none returnable.

Unfortunately due to the size of our company we are unable to pay for the postage on returned items.
