Afternoon Tea – Top Five

All dressed up in your latest cocktail dress from “Collette Costello” and no where to go.  Well see my guide to the top five best afternoon tea parties in the U.K.  My favourite is the spa, afternoon tea combo at the Dorcester Hotel.  Sounds devine!

1. Tea at Teacup Manchester - 2.30pm daily.  Modern comopolitian vibe, eat cakes while supping tea listening the to the music of co-owner Mr Scruff.

2. Tea at Suger Therapy Harrogate – 10.00am on-wards, modern, bright, quirky boutique style cafe.  Traditional Victorian sponge washed down with champagne.

3. Tea at the Black Swan Helmsley – 10.00am on-wards, restaurant in historical boutique hotel dating back to the 15th century.  In the heart of the Yorkshire moors, great for a cosy winters day.

4. Tea at Mimi’s Bakehouse Edinburgh – 9.00am daily.  Based in one of my favourite U.K cities, this cafe is chqiue and quirky.  Decorated in 1950s retro style, with vintage teapots and a retrosound track.

5. Tea at the Dorchester Hotel, London – Champagne, cakes, spar combo, can life get any better.
