Salford University – Creative Hive Stand 2011

Great day working on the Creative Hive stand at Salford University Freshers Fair.  We had lots of interest about the project and the feedback was very positive.  Creative people from all walks of life, performance, musical, photographers and artists.  It appears that there are many people in Salford and Manchester that want to connect with other creative people and Creative Hive is the key.  I enjoyed meeting students from Salford University and signed up 15 new members to the Creative Hive, all keen to get involved in exhibitions, showcase their work over at Media City:)

Creative Hive – Expert Panel Team

I am proud to say that I have been selected by the Creative Hive to be a member of their staff expert panel.  I will be working with the Creative Hive towards exhibitions and giving members advice about their textiles and fashion projects.

What is Creative Hive?

Creative Hive is a free to use and advert free way for anyone to blog or set up a showcase of their work. Creative Hive aids collaboration and opportunities, enables a personal web space to be created and produces a searchable central pool of creative ideas and projects.  Anyone is welcome to join Creative Hive.  Creative Hive has been selected as a feature in the forthcoming MediaCityUK University of Salford foyer space. This means that anyone that joins Creative Hive has a chance of their work being shown in this cutting edge space.
