BBC Radio Manchester Interview With Darryl Morris

Interview 29th August 5.30pm – People of Manchester Show

Bank holiday Monday I was invited to be interviewed on the radio at BBC Oxford Road studio.  BBC Radio Manchester, People of Manchester Show hosted by Darryl Morris.  I arrived dressed in one my dresses and was more nervous about the interview then anything I had done to date.  I had visions of being on air and my mind going blank or saying something I should not. 

I was meet by Lawrance Mann and after waiting 15 mins (not wanting to be late arrived 1/2 early)  I was led into the studio to meet Darryl Morris.  He was lovely and instantly made me feel comfortable, a sign of a good interviewer.  He asked me how and why I started my company.  We then moved onto talking about Autumn/ Winter fashion and the new trend for vintage/ up-cycled fashion.  He asked me about what I though about his style and me being a mini Gok Wan we had a good laugh as I gave my brutally honest opionion.

I really enjoyed the interiew meeting Darryl Morris, Lawrance Mann and the rest of the BBC Radio Manchester team.  Hopefully I will be invited back soon:)
